Do What Is in Your Hand With All Your Strength

Ecclesiastes 9:10 teaches us to give our best to the work and opportunities before us. We should not wait for a perfect job, ideal conditions or glamorous assignments before choosing diligence. The small client, freelance task, side hustle or modest assignment in our hands can become a training ground for greater opportunities. Doing it well today may open doors tomorrow. Time is limited, so do not postpone purposeful work. Ask God for the strength to handle today’s responsibilities faithfully and to value every honest beginning. Prayer: Father, help me to do today’s work with all my strength and never despise small beginnings. Let my diligence become a foundation for greater opportunities. Amen.
