My Hernia Healed Itself Without Surgery – Miracle or Natural Healing?

Hello Naijaworld community. A month ago I shared my struggle with pain and swelling in my groin. What began as a twinge turned into a lump so big I could barely walk, sit or lie down. Googling told me it was a hernia and needed surgery. But I decided to wait and stuck to my usual ‘agbo’ herbal remedies. Within days the pain eased and the swelling shrank. By the end of the month, everything was back to normal without a single operation. I’ve never needed hospital care except for my children’s births, and minor illnesses and injuries always resolve themselves. So I wonder: is this a miracle, just good luck, or my body’s natural healing at work? Could the hernia return later? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

It's pretty rare for a hernia to shrink on its own without medical intervention, generally speaking.

Are you sure it was a hernia to start with? Swelling could have been a different issue.

Even if the lump has gone down, consider getting a medical scan to confirm full recovery and avoid surprises.
