Fagbure had also praised Wumi Toriola as a wiser talent compared to established stars like Funke Akindele, Mercy Aigbe and Toyin Abraham. Ajao’s response adds fuel to the ongoing debate about who truly deserves a space on the big screen. The exchange comes after a challenging year for Ajao, marked by controversy over her first cinema release. She initially named Bobrisky Best Dressed Female at her premiere as a calculated publicity stunt before later awarding two female guests a million naira each to make amends.
