EFCC Operatives Barricade Former AGF Malami’s Maitama Home in Probe
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission moved to take control of former Attorney-General Abubakar Malami’s residence in Maitama on Tuesday. Armed operatives in red and black jackets arrived in several buses and sealed off the access road to the property. All efforts to reach the home at No. 2 Koranakh Close were blocked as EFCC officials secured the area. Sources say the operation is tied to an ongoing investigation into alleged financial improprieties involving the former AGF.
