Grogu Shines in Big Screen Debut of Star Wars’ The Mandalorian
Fans packed Cineworld Leicester Square in London for the first cinema screening of The Mandalorian and Grogu since the series left our screens. The event brought Pedro Pascal, Sigourney Weaver and Jon Favreau together to celebrate the saga’s return. It was Grogu who stole the show. Pascal described the bond between Din Djarin and Grogu as the heart of the film. He teased an emotional scene that he believes fans will find very moving. Director Jon Favreau said moving to cinemas let him expand the story like never before. Sigourney Weaver, now playing Colonel Ward, shared how much she enjoyed working with both Mando and Grogu and even joked about becoming her nieces’ favourite aunt after Disney sent her lightsabers.
