Why Spiritual Maturity May Shape Leadership Ability
Why do some people excel at management while others struggle, regardless of their academic qualifications or work experience? From my spiritual understanding of Iwori Odi, leadership ability is linked to a person's level of spiritual maturity, or “godlike managerial expertise.” I believe this expertise has eight ranks. Empathy also matters, especially in emergencies, but I see it as less stable because it can fluctuate. When people are pressured into roles they are not suited for, such as managing a business or leading workers, failure and irresponsible behaviour may follow. Still, the experience gained in such roles can become useful as the person grows in maturity.
