Farooq Oreagba: Becoming a Millionaire Did Not Guarantee Lasting Success
Farooq Oreagba, popularly known as “Mr. Steeze” after his viral appearance at the 2024 Ojude Oba Festival, has shared lessons from his experiences with money, health and success. Speaking on a talk show, the cancer survivor said becoming a dollar millionaire at 30 did not guarantee lasting financial security. By 35, after losing his banking job, he said he was doing labour work in England while trying to sustain an expensive lifestyle. Oreagba said the experience taught him that wealth without the right priorities can be fragile. He added that his viral fame has not changed his lifestyle, stressing that good health becomes the most important concern when it is threatened.
