Super Falcons to Face Winner of Sudan vs Comoros in LA 2028 Olympic Qualifier
Nigeria’s Super Falcons will take on the winner of the Sudan vs Comoros tie in the second round of qualifying for the 2028 Olympic Games. Sudan and Comoros meet over two legs from June 1 to June 9. The victorious nation will then travel to play Nigeria between October 5 and October 13. This phase is part of a five-round knockout series. Only two African teams will earn spots in the women’s football competition at the Los Angeles Games. At the last Olympics in Paris, Nigeria and Zambia represented Africa. The 2028 Olympics run in Los Angeles from July 11 to July 29.
