Buratai Family Thanks VP Shettima for Attending Daughter's Wedding
The Buratai and Zoru families have thanked Vice President Kashim Shettima for attending the wedding reception of Aishatu Tukur Buratai and Umar Abba Zoru on July 25, 2026, in Gora, Nasarawa State. The Vice President attended as the chief special guest of honour. The event was also attended by senior government officials, traditional rulers, diplomats, military officers, lawmakers and other guests. Shettima urged couples to build their homes on honesty, patience and compassion, linking strong families to peaceful and stable communities. The families also expressed appreciation to all guests and well-wishers who attended the celebration.
