My Employer Had Me Arrested After I Refused to Leave a Generator Repair

I was hired as the lead elevator engineer for a new elevator company after leaving my previous job. Soon after I resumed, my employer began assigning me work in his other businesses, which affected the engineering role I was employed to do. I also witnessed him verbally and physically mistreat other workers. During a disagreement over repairing the company generator ahead of a busy Monday, he ordered me to return to the office. When I explained why I needed to complete the repair, he approached me aggressively, grabbed my clothes and pulled off a button. Police officers at the scene reportedly refused to put me in his vehicle after witnessing the incident, but other officers later arrested me following his complaint. I was detained from Friday to Monday over an allegation that I assaulted him, which I deny. I was released only after signing an undertaking under pressure to continue working for him. My employer later deducted two days' salary for the period I spent in detention. I have now been invited to the police station again over the same alleged assault and need advice on my rights, the undertaking, my wages and how to protect myself.
