Schneider Electric Opens Applications for Its 2027 Graduate Programme

Schneider Electric is accepting applications for its 2027 Graduate Programme, a structured development opportunity built around rotational assignments, mentorship and hands-on business projects. Successful trainees will gain exposure to industry technologies, collaborate with cross-functional teams and build technical, commercial and leadership skills. Applicants must be willing to work in Lagos and be available to begin in February 2027. Eligible candidates need a minimum of Second Class Upper degree or equivalent CGPA in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Statistics and Mathematics, Computer Science, Human Resources or Psychology. Applicants should be 2026 graduates, or due to graduate within six months, and must have completed or be due to complete NYSC camp within the stated timeframe.
