Likewise, Christians should seek God’s direction rather than rely on emotions or outward appearances when choosing a spouse. Discernment also matters when deciding where to live. Lot settled near Sodom without seeking God’s counsel and suffered the consequences. Before relocating, ask God to show you the right place instead of trusting human judgment alone.
