I received an SMS inviting me to buy shares in Dangote Petroleum Refinery. The message says the IPO will open soon, with a minimum purchase of 10 shares at ₦525 per share, totalling ₦5,250. I opened the link and saw information about the proposed investment. When I tried to subscribe, the site said purchases were not yet open and that the date would be communicated later. I also contacted the number provided and received the same response. Has anyone verified whether this offer is genuine, or could it be a scam?
