Senate President Assures Nigerians Tinubu Will End Insecurity Soon

Senate President Godswill Akpabio has affirmed that President Bola Tinubu is fully focused on tackling insecurity nationwide. He expressed confidence that issues like terrorism, banditry and kidnappings would soon be resolved. Speaking during a visit from the Ladies Golf Association of Nigeria, Akpabio highlighted the recent rescue of abducted schoolchildren in Oyo State as proof of the federal government’s commitment. He also urged citizens to look beyond social media narratives and stressed that active measures are being taken. Akpabio added that more support will be given to women in politics and pledged backing for the upcoming international ladies golf tournament in Abuja.
