Education: My Boss From Igbo Land Is Heartless

3

I am from Adamawa State....I am a principal in one private school owned by a person from an Eastern State....We live together for 13 years but is always cheeky to me. He doesn't live in peace with people from Church, house, school, etc because he claims he is rich and as such he doesn't respect people. He doesn't pay salary regularly. This term, seven members of staff left the job because they couldn't attend meeting held on 1st October....He threatened to sack me this morning because I didn't go to school yesterday being Sunday.....His siblings too left him because of his attitude. He doesn't want me progress but vow to take his children abroad for their studies. Igbos.....Why?
