Liverpool Confirm Isak and Gakpo Will Miss Manchester City Clash

Liverpool will be without Alexander Isak and Cody Gakpo for Sunday’s Premier League match against Manchester City at Anfield. Manager Andoni Iraola said Gakpo is managing an ankle injury sustained after a bad tackle, while Isak has a thigh problem. Neither injury is expected to keep them out for long, but both players are not ready for the City game. Defender Jeremy Jacquet has returned to fitness and could be available. Liverpool are aiming to continue their strong recent form as they face the league leaders.
