Ogun Approves ₦50,000 One-Off Support for 3,050 NYSC Members in Sagamu
The Ogun State Government has approved a one-off ₦50,000 cash support package for 3,050 members of the 2026 Batch C, Stream I at the NYSC orientation camp in Sagamu. Disbursement reportedly began on October 19, with the state budgeting ₦152.5 million for the intervention. The support is intended to help corps members meet essential expenses during orientation. The government also approved 500 mattresses for the camp following increased pressure on its accommodation facilities. Corps members were urged to uphold discipline, patriotism and selfless service throughout their service year.
