Crystal Palace Sign Chelsea Defender Axel Disasi on Season-Long Loan
Crystal Palace have signed Chelsea defender Axel Disasi on loan for the rest of the 2026/27 season. The 28-year-old French centre-back joins the Eagles after making 58 Premier League appearances across spells with Chelsea, Aston Villa and West Ham United. He has also earned five senior caps for France and was part of their 2022 World Cup squad. Disasi said Palace’s progress made the move an easy decision. He added that he is looking forward to playing for the club at Selhurst Park after experiencing how difficult it can be for visiting teams.
