Agege Community Security Summit Set for October 8

The Agege Community Security Summit will hold on Thursday, October 8, 2026, at the Agege Local Government Hall from 10 a.m. The Lagos State Security Trust Fund Executive Secretary/CEO, Dr. Ayodele Ogunsan, will speak on public-private partnerships in community security. The discussion will focus on how government, residents, businesses and security agencies can support prevention, intelligence sharing, logistics and rapid response. Other scheduled speakers include Lagos Assembly Speaker Mudashiru Obasa, Commissioner of Police Fatai Tijani, ACP Saheed Egbeyemi, former Orile-Agege LCDA Chairman Johnson Sunday Babatunde, and other community stakeholders. The summit is intended to examine practical approaches to improving safety and sustainable development in Agege.
