A premium home and lifestyle brand in Lagos is hiring a full-time Digital Commerce & Growth Manager. The hybrid role requires onsite work twice weekly and offers a monthly salary of ₦450,000 to ₦650,000. The successful candidate will lead e-commerce growth, digital campaigns, customer acquisition, online sales, social media, website merchandising, marketplace accounts, and CRM campaigns across email, SMS and WhatsApp. Applicants should have a relevant bachelor’s degree, 4–6 years of experience in e-commerce or growth marketing, and practical knowledge of Shopify or WooCommerce, paid advertising, analytics, conversion optimisation and marketplace management.
