Proper Way to Dispose of Old Torn Bibles Respectfully

I have two old Bibles that are torn and missing pages. I don’t like worn-out items around, so I’m planning to replace them with a new copy. As a Christian, I want to discard the damaged Bibles in a respectful manner. What is the best way to do this? Are there any biblical verses that guide how to dispose of old Scriptures?
