The programme is designed to build local engineering capacity and prepare participants for future Workshop Supervisor and Workshop Manager roles. Successful candidates will support equipment maintenance, repairs, inspections, diagnostics, safety compliance, and technical reporting. Applicants should hold a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automobile Engineering, or a related technical field. They should also have two to three years of relevant maintenance, fleet management, repair, or engineering-support experience, along with strong diagnostic, safety, communication, and technical documentation skills.
