Troops Rescue 15-Year-Old in Plateau as Search for Two Abducted Children Continues
Security forces under Operation Enduring Peace in Bokkos LGA of Plateau State have freed one of three siblings kidnapped while returning from their farm in Mangar village. The rescued teenager, Linda Ibrahim, 15, is now safe with her family. Troops from Sector 5 launched an immediate search-and-rescue mission, combing nearby forests and hideouts after receiving word of the abduction. Authorities say they are still working to locate eight-year-olds Meshack Ibrahim and Samuel John. Residents in the area have been urged to stay alert and share any credible information with security agencies to speed up efforts to bring the remaining children home.
