Crypto Trading Scam: Contract Breach Leads to Legal Action

In December 2025, our company entered a three-month crypto trading contract with Mr. Mathias Utiung, known online as “Table Shaker.” The agreement required the funded account to stay above 80% of its initial value. However, within 30 days the account was completely depleted, breaching the contract. We’ve retained a law firm in Port Harcourt to recover our funds and damages. A formal Letter of Demand has been served to the trader.
