University of Benin Teaching Hospital Invites Applications for Nursing Internship

The University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH) was established by the federal government on April 1, 1975. Over the past four decades, it has served as a centre of excellence and the last port of call for expert care across Edo, Delta, Kogi and Ondo states. UBTH is recruiting full-time Nursing Interns to support patient care and clinical services. Interns will perform duties assigned by hospital management and work closely with nurses and other health professionals. Applicants must hold a university degree in nursing or a related specialty. Provisional registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council is required before appointment. Applications close on July 24, 2026. There is no physical submission of forms. Interested candidates should apply online via the hospital’s official recruitment portal. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to interview.
