A Prayer for Peace and Strength in Old Age

Heavenly Father, You are great, mighty and worthy of praise. Thank You for Your promise to carry, sustain and steady me through every season, including my old age. I place my worries in Your hands and trust Your unfailing care. Speak Your perfect peace into my heart amid the challenges around me. Help me to rest in Your love and remain assured that You are mighty to save. Thank You for the joys of childhood, the experiences of youth and the lessons of adulthood. As I enter my later years, fill my mind with peace and let me sleep with a tranquil heart, knowing that Your presence remains with me always. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
