Cristiano Ronaldo Hints Current Season Could Be His Last in Football

Cristiano Ronaldo has suggested that the current season could be his final year as a professional footballer. The Al-Nassr striker, 41, said in an interview with Vogue that he wants to leave behind a “spectacular legacy.” His comments came weeks after Portugal’s World Cup exit in the round of 16. Ronaldo played in his sixth World Cup and became the first player to score in six editions of the tournament. He finished his World Cup career with 11 goals in 27 appearances.
