Why Democracy Is Failing Ordinary Nigerians

Until Nigeria adopts FAPRES, FOTCS and CTC-TRFG, true peace and progress will remain out of reach. FAPRES calls for full autonomous policing, economic resourcing and election management. FOTCS requires these powers for all 36 states. CTC-TRFG means certified tithe contributions to fund the federal government. I propose that two-thirds of the National Assembly and state legislatures pass resolutions to remove the Exclusive Legislative List in the 1999 Constitution. The current decree is autocratic, undemocratic and stifles our nation’s growth.

Empowering all 36 states with FOTCS powers could create administrative chaos without stronger intergovernmental coordination and clear resource allocation frameworks.

I'm not convinced that certified tithe contributions alone can fund nationwide election management under CTC-TRFG without undermining religious freedoms.

Start by piloting FAPRES's economic resourcing model in one state, tracking outcomes before scaling full autonomous policing nationwide.
