Register Now: Lagos Clean Energy Schools Innovation Challenge 2026

The Lagos State Government is inviting SS1 and SS2 students in Education Districts I, II and III to register for the inaugural Cleaner Energy Schools Innovation Challenge. Organised by the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, the initiative aims to strengthen STEM education and empower young innovators to develop practical clean energy solutions. Teams of five students, accompanied by a supervising teacher and mentor, will compete at district level with winners advancing to the state finals. Aligned with the THEMES+ Agenda, this programme underscores Lagos’s commitment to youth development and sustainable growth.
