Help! ₦95,000 Vanished From My PalmPay Without OTP or PIN
I woke up to find that ₦95,000 was transferred out of my PalmPay account without my authorization. I never received any OTP by SMS or email, and I never entered my transaction PIN. My phone never left my possession. The transfer went to a PalmPay agent named Isa Bazuwa Adamu (Acc. No.: 8948303105). I’ve emailed customer support with no response and used live chat only to be told to contact PalmPay Bank. Some representatives were rude. I’ve never logged in on another device and I can’t figure out how someone bypassed OTP and PIN protection. How can I recover my money and secure my account going forward?
