Dufil Prima Foods Posts ₦1.1 Trillion Revenue, Controls 60% of Nigeria’s Noodles Market
Dufil Prima Foods cemented its leadership in Nigeria’s noodle sector with over 60% market share in 2025. Revenue jumped 30% to ₦1.1 trillion amid inflation-driven price adjustments and gradual volume recovery. Despite top-line growth, EBITDA slipped to ₦84.5 billion (down from ₦92.7 billion in 2024) as higher input costs and marketing expenses weighed on margins. The group plans to boost noodle capacity in 2026 and complete a new flour plant by Q3 2026. This expansion should diversify revenue beyond noodles and support the snacks line. With gross debt reduced to ₦79.6 billion in Q1 2026 and cash holdings of ₦44.6 billion, analysts expect future growth to come from higher volumes and tighter cost control.
