Help Needed: Recurring Anal Itching with Yellowish Mucus

Months ago, I started experiencing itching around my anus. Then it began producing yellowish mucus with a foul smell. I visited a doctor who gave me antibiotics and a topical cream. The symptoms cleared up but came back after about a week. I saw another doctor who said it was caused by worms and prescribed deworming medication. I took it, but the problem persists. Sometimes it disappears and I think I’m cured, only for it to return abruptly. This cycle is making me very uncomfortable. Please, doctors and health experts, what could be causing these symptoms? How can I get rid of them for good? I would appreciate any advice or recommendations.
