Adamawa State College of Education, Hong today welcomed newly admitted NCE I and undergraduate students with a comprehensive orientation programme. The event brought together principal officers, academic staff and fresh students on campus. Dr Adamu Danbaba, Chairman of the Orientation and Matriculation Committee, opened the ceremony. He highlighted the role of orientation in introducing students to the college’s culture, rules and support services. He also stressed discipline, time management and academic success. Presentations were delivered by the Dean of Undergraduate Studies, the Director of Student Affairs, the Central Examination Officer and representatives from the Library, MIS, Career Service Centre and Guidance and Counselling department. Provost Prof Benson Yusuf Baha’s administration continues to focus on nurturing well-rounded graduates. The programme marked a key step in preparing students for their academic and social journey.
