PGD or HND Conversion: Best Route to a Master’s Degree in Nigeria?

Hello Nigerians, I need advice on the best route to a master’s degree. I have an HND in Business Management with Lower Credit, obtained in 1997. I am currently working in Rivers State and have also earned professional qualifications over the years. I now want to further my education with a master’s degree. Should I take a PGD or an HND conversion programme, and why? Also, are there Nigerian universities that accept an HND with Lower Credit directly for a master’s programme?
