Beşiktaş Deny Receiving Official Saudi Bid for Super Eagles Captain Ndidi
Beşiktaş sporting director Önder Özent has denied reports that Saudi Pro League club Al-Ittihad submitted an official bid for Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi. Özent said there is interest from Saudi Arabia, but no written offer has reached the Turkish club. He added that Beşiktaş would assess any formal proposal if one arrives. Ndidi joined Beşiktaş from Leicester City last summer and made 31 appearances in all competitions last season, scoring twice.
