...As Obot Akara Council Boss commissions three-bedroom bungalow for a widower. Chief John Otu, a widower who hails from Usaka Annang community in Obot Akara L.G has received keys to a fully furnished three bedroom bungalow from the executive chairman of Obot Akara Local Government, lady Agnes Udoewenwen, built and furnished under the auspices of Heal the world God's power charity foundation, headed by Rev. Dr Eunice Otuekong. Dr. Eunice Otuekong who is a community developer, a philanthropist, a medical doctor, and the CEO of HEAL THE WORLD GOD'S POWER CHARITY FOUNDATION, across the European countries and in Nigeria, hails from Usaka Annang community in Obot Akara Local Government Area. On her path, Dr Eunice expressed appreciation virtually on the council Boss and the entire community for honoring her and partnering with Heal the World God's Power Charity Foundation. She disclosed that the paramount mission of the foundation is to advocate against the abuse of children and elders in the society, also engage in children, Youths, and women empowerment programs and capacity building. She also thanked God for keeping her alive and granting her the grace to show appreciation whilst she still lives. Commissioning the bungalow yesterday, Lady Agnes Udoewenwen commended the donor of the building, Dr Eunice, for the kind gesture and also charged other well placed and privileged citizens to emulate her. Lady Agnes prayed that God should replenish her source, and also grant peace, health and divine preservation for the beneficiary too. She promised to support and partner with the foundation on more empowerment programs in the Local Government Area and across. Chief John Otu on a press interview thanked God Almighty for using Dr Eunice to provide shelter for him and the family in what he described as being in a dream, which however is pleasant reality. He lauded Dr Eunice for the shelter and for coming to His aid. High points of the MAKE THEM SMILE empowerment program also includes : ✴️ Donation of an electronic powered wheelchair worth more than a million naira to Chief John Otu to help facilitate his movement for livelihood. ✴️ Donation of medium-size bags of rice to the elderly women across the community. ✴️ Donation of business support funds to the youths and women of the community.
