Join Toyomax’s 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

Toyomax Energy Solution Enterprise is a Lagos-based renewable energy firm delivering commercial and industrial solar, lithium battery storage, and hybrid power solutions. We help businesses lower diesel use, cut costs, and improve uptime. We seek analytical and driven Electrical/Electronics Engineering graduates for a 3- to 6-month dual-track probation in Ikeja. You will be trained in Solar Engineering (load analysis, system design, energy audits) and Technical Sales & Client Services. At the end of probation, top performers will join either the Pure Solar Engineering team or the high-earning Technical Sales & Pre-Sales Engineering track, which includes an upgraded base salary and uncapped commissions. Key trainee responsibilities include assisting with load calculations and system designs, drafting professional proposals, participating in client meetings, and monitoring installations. Visit the company’s careers portal to apply for this programme.
