Caroline Hutchings Exits Real Housewives of Lagos, Says No Cast Member Is Her Friend
Actress and filmmaker Caroline Hutchings has announced her exit from The Real Housewives of Lagos, saying reality television in Nigeria has been exhausting for her. She said she values her personal space and is selective about the people she considers friends. According to her, none of the show’s cast members is her friend, either during or after the programme, and her kindness should not be mistaken for friendship. Hutchings said the show is only one chapter of her career and should not define her. She added that she is returning her focus to filmmaking, acting and storytelling, with several film projects currently in development.
