Destiny Demands Your Active Pursuit

Destiny is fulfilled through deliberate action, not entitlement. What God promises requires us to move in step with His leading. Jesus taught that to receive you must ask, to find you must seek, and for doors to open you must knock (Matthew 7:7). In the parable of the banquet, the master sent servants into the streets to bring guests in (Luke 14:21). This shows that fulfillment demands intentional effort. To know God deeply, seek Him with all your heart (Jeremiah 29:13). To build relationships, be purposeful (Proverbs 18:22). Prayer is the beginning of direction, not the end. After you receive God’s word, obey and move as He leads. Reflect: Am I waiting passively for things to happen? What steps has God asked me to take? Lord, grant me the grace to pursue Your promises with faith and obedience. Amen.
