Eddie Howe Reportedly Favoured as Manchester United Consider Carrick’s Future
Manchester United are reportedly considering Eddie Howe as a possible replacement for Michael Carrick following the club’s 4-1 defeat to Como. Carrick is expected to lead the team against Bournemouth, but reports say the club’s hierarchy are assessing their options after the poor result and Bruno Fernandes’ criticism of the manager. Julian Nagelsmann, Unai Emery, Fabian Hurzeler and Antonio Conte have also been linked with the role. However, technical director Jason Wilcox is said to favour Howe because of his Premier League experience.
