Andersen Nigeria Graduate Trainee Programme 2026: Requirements and Recruitment Stages
Andersen Nigeria is recruiting fresh graduates for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme. The programme offers exposure to tax, corporate and commercial advisory, regulatory services, dispute resolution, transfer pricing and business advisory work. Applicants must have at least five O’Level credits in one sitting, including English Language and Mathematics. University graduates need a minimum of Second-Class Upper degree and must have completed NYSC. Law graduates require at least a Second-Class Lower degree from the Nigerian Law School. The selection process includes application screening, an aptitude test, an assessment centre with a group exercise, panel interview and essay, followed by a final interview with a partner.
