Amoo Backs Rangers to Overcome AS Sobemap in CAF Champions League Return Leg
Former Shooting Stars coach Fatai Amoo believes Rangers International can still progress in the CAF Champions League after their 1-1 first-leg draw with Benin Republic’s AS Sobemap. Rangers took the lead in the 23rd minute through Chidozie Iwundu in Abeokuta, but AS Sobemap equalised after the break. The Enugu side now need a disciplined and more clinical display in the return leg. Amoo praised Rangers’ performance and urged the players to stay focused, remain positive and make their goal-scoring chances count.
