Operation Hadin Kai Arrests Two Suspected ISWAP Informants in Yobe State — 1 of 4
1 / 4

Troops from Operation Hadin Kai arrested two men on June 4, 2026, in Gujba Local Government Area of Yobe State following an intelligence-led operation. The suspects, identified as 28-year-old Gambo Bukar from Kimeri Village and 21-year-old Ahmad Ahmed from Yari Village, are believed to have been passing information to Boko Haram and ISWAP elements. Security forces trailed and apprehended them in collaboration with the Civilian Joint Task Force (CJTF). A third suspect remains at large as investigations continue. Security sources say intelligence-driven raids like this are vital to cutting off insurgents’ access to information and logistics and maintaining vigilance across the North-East theatre.
