Why My TikTok Critique Upset Many Nigerian Followers
I recently shared honest observations on my TikTok channel about Nigerian habits and areas where we can improve. Instead of smiles, many of my Nigerian fans started to frown, glower, and criticize me for speaking the truth. I mean no harm and I’m certainly not part of any extremist group. I simply care enough to point out how we can do better. For example, on Salah and Children’s Day, a ram cost N1 million—up from under N100,000 just weeks ago. That price spike was part of my message about economic challenges we face. Going forward, I’ll focus more on self-improvement rather than trying to change everyone online. Real Life Gospel Church remains open for worship and service, and we’re grateful for your support. Stay blessed!
