Abia Warriors Seek First Away Win Over Rangers in Three Years

Abia Warriors travel to Awka Township Stadium on Sunday aiming for their first away league victory over Rangers since their 2-0 win in Enugu on January 15, 2023. Since then, the Umuahia side have lost three of four away meetings with Rangers, drawing the other. Rangers have won their last three home meetings with Abia Warriors, scoring six goals and conceding two. Abia Warriors arrive after a 3-0 home win over Bendel Insurance, while Rangers beat Warri Wolves 1-0 away. An away victory would boost Abia Warriors' push for a continental place.
