Zadok Yohanna Makes Golden Boy Top 100, Ranks Among Europe’s Best U21 Talents
Brighton’s new Nigerian winger Zadok Yohanna has been named among the top 100 candidates for the 2026 Golden Boy award by Italian sports daily Tuttosport. The 19-year-old, who joined Albion from AIK Stockholm on a five-year deal running until 2031, sits 80th on the list that highlights Europe’s brightest players under 21. Spain’s Lamine Yamal tops the rankings but is ineligible to win again. Yohanna impressed at AIK with five goals and four assists in 18 appearances. His form also earned him a Super Eagles call-up for the Unity Cup. Other notable names on the shortlist include Barcelona’s Lamine Yamal, Arsenal’s Miles Lewis-Skelly and Chelsea’s Estevao. The final winner will be decided in November.
