HR Supervisor Needed in Ogba, Lagos

A full-time HR Supervisor is needed in Ogba, Lagos. The role reports to the Human Resources Manager and covers daily HR operations in line with company policies and Nigerian labour laws. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance reviews, attendance, staff records, training, disciplinary documentation and HR reporting. The role may also involve supervising HR and administrative staff. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least seven years of relevant HR experience, knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and proficiency with HR systems, payroll software and Microsoft Office. CIPM membership and experience in a structured industrial environment are advantages.
