Supporters say it will rebuild depleted stockpiles as operations against Iran continue. Opponents warn the bill fuels an illegal war and risks unchecked military spending. They also criticised a last-minute addition of the SAVE America Act, which would impose new nationwide voting restrictions. With strong bipartisan divisions on display, the NDAA now heads to the Senate, where its fate remains uncertain.
