Do2dtun Throws Boxing Challenge at D’banj: “I’m Ready to Beat Him Up”
Nigerian on-air personality Do2dtun has challenged his former brother-in-law D’banj to a celebrity boxing bout. He tweeted that if the singer agrees and the money is right, he’ll gladly step into the ring to beat him. Their feud dates back to Do2dtun’s 40th birthday party in 2024, where he asked a DJ not to play D’banj’s songs. He later accused D’banj of siding against him during a custody battle and of failing to support him after the tragic loss of his son. A court in Abuja has since restrained Do2dtun from making further defamatory posts about D’banj and ordered a police investigation into the singer’s complaint. The dispute also involves allegations of domestic violence and denied access to Do2dtun’s daughters, who were reportedly taken abroad without his knowledge.
