‘House of Lies’: A Tale of Mother-In-Law Intrigue and Costly Deception

‘House of Lies’ is a new Yoruba family drama that lays bare the tensions in many African homes, where a mother-in-law’s influence can either uphold or destroy a marriage. The film follows Akeem (Akeem Ogara), whose mother (Remi Oshodi) controls his household and sidelines his wife.
